At first glance this could be Cuba or Mexico, some Mardi-Gras induced dream. I'll admit I barely even caught this woman cruising past me in a red truck at the Darwin Parade during the Festival of Darwin; it was sunset and I was talking with friends. Throughout the Northern Territory, wonderfully vibrant floral dresses seemed to be the female aboriginal dress code.
