Colliure, France, was a relaxing seaside town complete with mellow vendors and ample sunshine. this local was making his morning fruitstand run - again, we didn't speak each other's language but i think the fact i wanted his picture made him laugh. his face was so expressive i didn't want any distractions in the background - so i zoomed in close and filled the frame. the biggest mistake most people make with their travel images is not getting close enough! STEP UP, skipper!
