After meandering through wafting incense clouds and prayer wheels in the main temple plaza of the Jokhang, I discovered this mini-temple on a side street nearby. It featured a subterranean circumambulation tunnel which passed a few modest shrines and was lined with gorgeous red buddha stencilled walls. I camped out in an alcove and waited for interesting persons to pass through the labyrinth and into my little net. This wee munchkin wandered past me once, very bouncily, then surreptitiously completed the orbit again to peek around the corner and spy me from afar. So sneaky, this one.
